BREEAM Security Needs Assessment

Security Needs Assessments (SNA) are conducted by in-house Suitably Qualified Security Specialists (SQSS).

Full Security Assessment

Full Security Assessment includes mapping your assets, identifying security threats and vulnerabilities, determining and prioritizing risks, analyzing and developing security controls, documenting results, creating a remediation plan, implementing recommendations, and evaluating effectiveness.

Crime Impact Statement(CIS)

The Crime Impact Statement (CIS) is the report requested by local planning authorities, to be submitted with major planning applications.

Secured by Design Licensed

Recognised as an SBD Licensed Consultant, a trusted expert endorsed by the SBD Police initiative to offer specialized Crime Prevention design advice. Holding an SBD license empowers us to provide comprehensive guidance, advice, and management across all stages of an SBD development, from pre-planning to completion, culminating in the police service's development sign-off and approval.

Sabre Assessment Services

  • Security Needs Assessments are not the same as Secured by Design as they are two separate bodies. They will over lap in security recommendations, yet they should be assessed and issued separately.

  • Yes, all our consultants hold all the necessary requirements to provide BREEAM Hea06 reports as a SQSS
